We want you to absolutely love your Life’s Little Magnets! While we put our hearts into handcrafting each magnet perfectly to your specifications, we understand sometimes things don’t go as planned. Here’s how we’ll look after you:

– If there’s any issue with the quality of your magnets, we’re here to make it right! Just reach out to our friendly team, and we’ll sort it out together.
– Since each magnet is personally created just for you, we unfortunately can’t accept returns for change of mind or if an incorrect quantity was ordered.
– Your happiness matters to us! If you need help or have questions, we’re just a message away at orders@lifeslittlemagnets.com.au.

We believe in being completely open with you about your rights! When you shop with Life’s Little Magnets, you’re protected by the Australian Consumer Law, which means:

– We’ll repair or replace your magnets if they don’t meet the quality you deserve.
– You’re also covered for compensation if something goes wrong and causes other issues.

We’re excited to send your precious memories across Australia and New Zealand! Here’s everything you need to know about getting your magnets to you:

Shipping Made Simple:

– Standard Delivery: Starting from just $8.
– Express Delivery: Starting from just $12.

Shipping prices are calculated at checkout and will depend on location and size of the package. Keep an eye out for our special offers throughout the year!

When Will Your Magnets Arrive?

We know you’re excited to receive your magnets! Here’s when you can expect them:

Australia:
– Standard: 3-7 business days of happy waiting.
– Express: 1-4 business days if you just can’t wait!

New Zealand:
– Standard: 8-12 business days.
– Express: 4-8 business days.

Little Things to Note:

– We’ll keep you in the loop! Track your precious cargo with our tracking updates via email.
– We can’t deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers just yet, but we’d love to send your magnets to your home or work.
– For our Kiwi friends, there might be some extra customs charges (we wish we could cover these for you!).
– During our busy sale times and public holidays, we might need an extra day or two to craft your special magnets.
– Double-check your shipping details before ordering, we want your magnets to find their way home to you!
